Finding the 5Rhythms has helped me enormously to get through grief, pain, major surgery and day to day living in a chaotic world. I have found my flow and love my lyrical and stillness whilst developing my staccato and let go my past through chaos. Ultimately my passion moves me because the rhythms is my passion!
