DESCRIPTION
Dance Medicine is a stimulating, heart-centered mindfulness dance practice where everyone is welcome. We invite you to bring your most authentic selves and to show up free from judgment and any sense of separation. Expressing our humanity with compassion, playfulness and a deep sense of our own divine grace, we experience every moment as it appears. Arriving in the now and celebrating the new, we sustain our creative moments in community.We are part of a collective of a weekly Conscious Dance Practice in Fairfax every Thursday 7:00-9:00pm. When a 5Rhythms Teacher hold the space, it's a lightly guided 5Rhythms Waves.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
