5 evenings in a group of freedom lovers and freedom fighters, engaging with the first task to free the body.
Dancing through the 5Rhythms maps with the intention to feel free from burdens and duties, free to be more yourself, and free from attachments and fixed beliefs.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
