Ideal for beginners. we dance every evening a wave, and take per session time to explore a specific rhythm. time to deepen in a rhythm, share your experience. 5 mondayevenings in a row. same people every Monday. also interesting for "older" students since newcomers bring new energy, new ways and a new dialogue, anyway every dance is new.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
