Always loved to dance, and play with / in between rhythms. My firstI experience of  the  5Rhythms in 1994  felt like the shortest way Home. Never got borred and when  challenged, my inner dancer found it's way out, creative and in sink with the self-prganising principle.  As a teacher I learn "doing without doing", procesoriented.  What heppens on the dancefloor is a gift and inside there is always this stillnesswell. profound wisdom, connection all. moving oneness.
