I spent 20 years in the helping professions, doing community work and exploring my creativity in song, poetry and theatre. Then I discovered the 5Rhythms. Gabrielle Roth’s legacy, and gift to the world, is the most elegant map I have come across, to bring health, happiness and purpose to humans of all ages. I am honoured to teach this work. I thank all my teachers. I will also remain eternally grateful to my wife and 5Rhythms teacher, Meredith Davies for enticing me onto this path.
