If in these days and times you feel that you want to explore, understand and improve the way you move in your daily routines and in your dance in life, I am here to offer you a safe space and a gentle intuitive guidance that can be a great support for the journey of discovery of your true selves.
With the support of my experience with the 5Rhythms and the Heartbeat embodiment of the emotional map of it, together we can tailor a series of encounter in where we navigate through the light and shadows of who we are. Born in a volcanic land, I came from a lineage of intuitive healers, connected to a fascinating ancient culture from which I had to filter the constrictions of patriarchal dominance through deep personal work.
I am proud to share the values I discovered practicing and teaching the 5Rhythms maps as well as embracing other eclectic maestras and shamanista encountered in my journey toward constant spiritual and emotional growth.

CLASS LEVEL DETAILS
Elective workshops combine the 5Rhythms practice with other disciplines. These workshops hold true to the 5Rhythms Maps and weave in deep investigations that compliment the teachings. This workshop will count as an Elective on the 5Rhythms Dancing Path towards Teacher Training.
