Breath. Body. Movement.

We'll investigate this holy triumvirate of life with the map of the 5Rhythms, a conscious embodiment practice that explores our relationships: to ourselves, to others, to our world.

This is a class to offer us time and space to dive into our dance and deepen this practice.

Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.

Pre-requisite: curiosity.
