DESCRIPTION

The 5Rhythms are Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness.

It is a dynamic movement & dance Meditation Practice.

We shall be dancing outside with Headphones that I provide, sanitized after EACH use.

We shall use the support of NATURE, whilst embodying trusting our feet in FLOWING, finding clarity in our hips with STACCATO, letting go of our heads & spine in CHAOS, finding our wings in LYRICAL, & returning to our breath in STILLNESS.
