Please bring what is comfortable for you as we start off slowly, then ending in stillness. This might look like a blanket, mat, cushion.

If it goes with your flow, do bring something healthy to share for afterwards, to refuel our bodies, I'll bring some lovely herbs from my garden for tea. 

No worries if you can't, there is always enough to go around.

This is a drop in class, though I may be taking money up front in the future as it is growing. I don't want the room to be super packed out! 

The only thing you need to do is to make a commitment to yourself. Show up, exactly as you are, don't change a thing, as it's in the dance you can find solutions from the inner wisdom of your body. This is a movement, dance, meditation practice.

Drop In

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
