5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community. They teach us that life is energy in motion, freeing us from any fixed notions about people, places, objects or ideas.

The 5Rhythms® are simple, defined, and spacious Maps for personal exploration. They are markers on the way back to a real self, a vulnerable, wild passionate, instinctive self. Diving into these Maps give us the time and space to luxuriate in the teachings, to focus on a facet, to break through resistance and dance on through to the other side. To move mindfully, unpredictably, and creatively with like-minded souls.

Alessandro and Vehllia hold safe space for you to practice and to explore the depth of your being in a dynamic and fun way through the map of the 5Rhythms. Join us!
