ABOUT AJAY: Ajay Rajani became an accredited 5R teacher in 2014 and since then has been bringing his full heart to the dance. His spiritual journey includes over a decade of seated meditation and multicultural experiences which inform his teaching and presence. He is a powerful, fluid and intuitive teacher who has graced our dance floor multiple times. Many movers in our community adore his teachings.
ABOUT 5R: 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice—a practice of being in your body—that ignites creativity, connection, and community. While a seemingly simple process, the 5Rhythms practice facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving the dancer beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity and connection.
