Born in Africa with Indian roots, I grew up in London and now live in the Algarve, Portugal with my family. I speak five international languages and contiinue to be shaped by a spiritual practice that began over twenty years ago through seated meditation-and experience that deeply informs my 5Rhythms teaching. 

My work invites people to embody the moment and to trust their own bodies ana spirits as their greatest teachers.
