DESCRIPTION
SHELTER DANCE with Ajay Rajani & Jason Rowe. For the coldest 3 months of the year St Luke's provide shelter for the homeless in Islington. You are invited to come dance with us on Saturday 21 January to support this work and bring the healing that is the 5Rhythms practice ever wider. All proceeds will be donated and gifts of toiletries and warm clothes are welcome. This will be the fifth year running that the London dance community has supported this work.NOTES

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
