DESCRIPTION
In this weekly meeting with the dance, we surf the wave of 5 rthytms. Each rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness; goes deeply in our nature body, organic movement, mind and emotions. We surf each one with awareness about our breathing, each inhale and exhale. It is an easy and funny way to listen our body, our mind and our emotions and find an organize equilibrium between both three. I hope to see you on the dance floor, here in Uruguay. it is not necessary to know the practice for partipate before. It is not a performing dance.
Every person on the world can do this amazing practice!
