DESCRIPTION

A heart-opening monthly 3 hour journey combining Sacred Cacao ceremony, Crystal Bowl Sound healing and 5Rhythms Dance, to listen to our heart's whispers, re-ignite its passions, and from that sacred space put our individual intentions into motion; a gentle re-setting ahead of each new month.

11am-2pm Last Saturday of every month

On the first half of our 3 hours together, we start with group connection, intention setting and a short meditation followed by Crystal Bowl Sound healing to deepen the flow of Cacao in our system and to allow it to gently guide us into a beautiful heart opening.

The second half of our session will be a guided 5Rhythms Wave, to embody and set into creative motion our heart messages, as well as to heighten our connection to ourselves, to the group and to mystery

NOTES

IMPORTANT:

* Please RSVP so we have right amount of Cacao for everyone

* Please arrive 10 mins early to register and settle in

* Cacao is best ingested on an empty stomach OR with only light food 3-4 hours ahead

* Please bring exact payment amount of 260 Dhs in Cash
