In a closed group 7 Monday evenings in a row relaxing in each of the 5 Rhythms to rebalance on all 5levels. Every evening we dance a Wave, the teaching will be specific on one rhythm or on something the group needs to get deeper into the dance. for beginners and 5R-lovers, engagement for a serial of 7Monday evenings.
