DESCRIPTION
I have been called to create space for more depth in the embodiment of the 5Rhythms practice. The theories of this map of how energy moves are incredibly supportive for moving through life with more attunement to yourself, your listening and intuition.We will be diving more in depth to the embodiment of each rhythm, its body part, the anatomy and quality of its movement and its resistance to movement, our relationship to it within and with others, the group and spirit.
NOTES
We will not be dancing the full 2.5 hours. The point of longer sessions is to feel sated from the dance and get to have some movement pauses in order to explore the theories and our lives in relation to them, as well as more space to integrate.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
