Women's 5Rhythms Full Moon Dance

with Nikki Ashley

These dances are an invitation for all women to come together to dance the 5Rhythms and experience this in relation to the full moon.

This month we will dance in the fullness of earthy Capricorn. ~ it is also known as a thunder moon, so lets rock this moon out!

We celebrate this by gathering In Person to connect to ourselves and each other; body, heart & mind. Dancing through the changing times, supported by the togetherness of women, we can let go and align ourselves with soul, love and our higher purpose.

Tickets cost

£18/£15/£12 - booked in advance There may be some tickets avail on the door (cash only £1 more than booking in advance) Pls check with Nikki on the day by texting/ what's app 07972 659701

This class counts as 2hours waves practice towards teacher training pre-requisites

Refund Policy

**TICKET POLICY**

Refunds are available up to 24hours before the dance - we take a £2.50 admin fee for any refund given. Refunds will not be available from 24hours before the dance - if you find you cannot attend you have a couple of options

TRANSFER OPTION

If there is availability you can transfer your place to the next Full moon Dance - this option is only available up to midday on the day of the dance

GIFT/SELL OPTION

- You can gift or sell your ticket to a friend

- Or you can gift or sell your ticket via our facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/Womens.5R.FullMoonDance/

- for both these options it is important that you give us their name and email or they won't be on our door list and can't be admitted to dance.

On the day of the dance you need to text nikki directly with name/email by 6pm latest as she will not have access to emails/facebook etc.

WAITING LIST OPTION (only avail up to midday on the day of the dance)

- if there is a waiting list you can contact me to activate this - if your ticket sells this way I will refund your ticket minus a £2.50 admin fee (that is donated to our Community interest company) Please remember activating the waiting list does not guarantee your ticket will sell

Please note : this option is available up to midday on the day of the dance, if you miss this you can try to gift/sell your ticket as above

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
