Sayrah Garrison is a mother, a wife and a licensed social worker. She taught a weekly 5Rhythms class in Oakland (Deep Dive Oakland) from 2014-2019. Sayrah also teaches yoga, meditation, music and mindfulness to the general public and to special populations in need. She is deeply interested in exploring how these profound body based practices affect positive change in all of us! She currently resides in Northern New Jersey with her family.
