The first time I stepped into a 5Rhythms class, I felt something rare: an atmosphere of both freedom and safety. A space where nothing had to be achieved, and all of me was welcomed. After the class, life felt sharper, more alive!

Through the many Waves I have danced, I have discovered a way to quiet my mind, inhabit my body, connect with my heart and from there find my voice. Like life, this dance for me, is a combination of exploration and play. A space to listen to what is alive, and what wants to be expressed.

The amazing teachers I have met along my path have inspired me to dance deeper. In 2026, I am part of the 5Rhythms Teacher Training, mentored by Ron Hagendoorn and Mirjam van Hasselt.

As part of the training, I offer 5Rhythms Emerging Waves. My intention is to create spaces that are safe, honest and alive where dancers explore tools to listen to their bodies, trust their own movement and discover what is alive for them.
