I have been practising 5Rhythms since 1998 and teaching it since 2004. I aim for a down-to -earth approach to teaching, clear, physical and accessible to beginners. A rather poetic student once said of me - "Underneath the dark wings of a Valkyrie lies the solid gold heart of a disco queen".
