My dream is to hold a dance space where people of all ages, colors, shapes, physical capacities and dance experience can come together and dance to the limit of their capacities, whether in a wheelchair or an experienced athletic. The 5 Rhythms make all this possible and much more than this. I let gabrielle Roth, the creator of the 5Rhythm speak: " mine is a dancing path. My bible is the body because the body can`t lie. My master is rhythm. There is no dogma in the dance. When you dance you immediatly strip away the lies and the dogma until you are left with the spirit of life itself. Movement is a medicine and I trust if you put the psyche in motion,it will heal itself."
