In the journey through my life the 5Rhythms have become the point of return to myself, again and again, wave upon wave - my rescue remedy, reminder, root recall, ride&roll and route to rise. GabrielIe is the coolest and most awesome guru for me, and I simply could not resist her. The one thing that I have never doubted is the 5Rhythms practice, and I am forever grateful for the depth & delight I experience on the dancefloor. To explore and share that with others, as a dancer and as a teacher, has become the red thread of embodied creativity, challenge & bliss, that needs unraveling. On the edge of vulnerability, presence and power, I follow the call of Raven feet first, finding my dance.
