As a little girl I loved mesmerising everything magical and mystical. Growing up, my fairyland got bumpy and my heart's desires got snowed under.

I went on a spiritual quest  in search of the lost parts of my soul and and lived for 5y in the holistic community Auroville in India.

Having practised many healing modalities in East and West, it was 5Rhythms that gave me back my wings. I experienced that the body never lies and that moving it is a great gateway to unlock trauma and create new pathways. 

Filled with sparks of Indian magic and the Rhythms in my body, I moved with my son to the beautiful island of Crete where we dance our way through life.
