I found 5Rhythms ten years ago. At first as a great place to dance. I felt the beat in my veins, the sweat on my skin, and a joy I hadn't known I was missing. But as I kept showing up, week after week, something deeper began to unfold. A space, a connection, a way to investigate. Over time I came to know it as something truly sacred - a way home to myself. And with that came a growing awareness of space, of how the dance floor holds a mirror to our everyday lives and the world we live in.
Whatever you carry when you walk in the door - the stress, the noise, the unfinished thoughts - there is room for all of it here. The body knows what to do, when we give it space.
My teaching style is welcoming, grounded, and playful. What matters to me is that everyone feels welcome - no matter their body, background, age, gender or ability. I believe diversity is a source of richness and brings a gift of reflection for all of us. I'm committed to teaching in a way that is inclusive and attuned to each body and each story in the room, and I'm grateful to be part of this global community of movers.
I am currently offering my first classes in Kolding - mentored by Kierra Foster-Ba and Masayo Benoist - and I would love to meet you on the dance floor.
