When I first stepped on to a 5 Rhythms dance floor 8 years ago, I knew I had found the home I had been searching for. I felt free and fluid and fascinating to myself, in a way I never had before. It hasn't been all joy, as I have delved deep into my familiar darkness as well is finding a new capacity for light. Everybody has the right to love themselves and feel at home in their bodies, whatever they look like and however they move. Now I want to help people find their own dance and discover themselves in - and as - a new light! I'm based on the border of East and West Sussex, so will be teaching practise classes there. However, as a keen traveller, I hope to be able to to teach in as many places as possible, filling in or substituting for existing teachers and working with dancers to create new communities.
