I am a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training, based in Groningen, The Netherlands.    

Mentored by Ron Hagendoorn and Mirjam van Hasselt

I fell in love with this practise bacause of the simplicity and yet such a complete workout for body and soul. I used to think dance was about performing. Now I know the most beautiful dance is when you can truly dance your own dance. It's not about showing off, it's about showing up, to be there for yourself and from there for the world around you.

I want to offer a save space, to explore to get grounded, energetic, ecstatic, lightweighted and become quiet as well. To nourish and understand ourself first to hold on in the world with all its complexities. 

In Emerging Waves I will focus on creating a save space, inclusive and beginnersfriendly.

I really long to make my offerings part of creating a better, inclusive world.
