5Rhythms is the simplest and most complete meditation to embody, accept and include my whole self. It brings me out of my stories and into the present moment.
Each dance teaches me new lessons about breathing and movement, creativity, my body, my anger, joy, the whole rainbow of emotions, listening and flowing with what is.
I am deeply grateful for this practice and ready to begin the next chapter of my journey as a teacher, with deep love and respect.
