In 2012 I began a degree course at Durham University, which led me to research for a PhD in Embodied Learning through their School of Education. I graduated in 2026 with a thesis based on 5Rhythms: https://etheses.durham.ac.uk/id/eprint/16736/
I currently teach classes and longer workshops in Newcastle, Cumbria and Durham, and occasionally in southern Scotland, Manchester and Liverpool.
My 5 Rhythms work is trauma-informed and incorporates a variety of creative disciplines. I also love to work in nature. I am particularly interested in levels of relationship, shadow work and supporting deep transformation through regular practice.
