Deep down I do believe that a world is possible in which each and every one of us can be free to discover and develop our own unique potential, to express it and share it authentically and creatively, while at the same time being connected with each other in respect and appreciation. Guided and inspired by the maps of Gabrielle Roth´s 5 RHYTHMS and of Marshall Rosenberg´s Non Violent Communication, I am searching for the way to get there, in my classes, workshops and other offerings as well as in daily life.
