I am Tako, from Tbilisi, Georgia.
My journey with 5Rhythms dance began when I heard Gabrielle's quote: `'If you don't do your dance who will?"
I will never forget my first experience with 5Rhythms. It made me feel alive. Ever since, with each dance, I find myself learning, growing and revealing in the joy of feeling truly at home.
My dream is to create a welcoming, judgment-free, safe space, where 5Rhythms will guide you to dance your life, find your unique movement and language.
The best way to understand the beauty and the power of this practice is to dance it.
I love 5Rhythms and feel privileged to share this transformative journey with you.
