AMEN I 5Rhythms Workshop for MenWe’ll dance, share, and dance some more…
This mens* workshop will be lightly taught and deeply held within the maps of the 5Rhythms practice to allow the embodied holding, expression, release, alchemy and healing that happens when men come together in movement.
Ajay Rajani & Jason Rowe have decades of experience of mens work both on and off the dance floor and are the founders of Rhythm Brothers and Men's Full Moon Dance London.
*(this workshop) is for all those who identify as male.
NOTES
Workshop times: Friday 17th November 11am to 5.30pm / Saturday 18th November 10.30am to 5pm. Optional meal Friday evening after dance.
Price: £150 / £130 Conc. or under 25. Payable in full by 8th November 2023.
