DESCRIPTION

For this unique 5Rhythms experience we will be gathering on the western shore of the island Andøya, the northernmost island in the Vesterålen archipelago.

Our closest neighbour for these 4 days will be the Atlantic ocean (Greenland next!) - and behind us the mountains where the golden Sea Eagle lives.

Weather permitting, we will have sessions outdoors as well as indoors. We will experience the midnight Sun and the special Arctic summer light.

Our venue for the workshop is the Community House Stave Grendehus, located next to Stave Camping and Hot Pools where we have spaces reserved for us.

For this workshop we will also have the special opportunity to move with live music by Martino Biondi (IT).

The wide Arctic landscape, the waves and the high winds, the unwavering mountains and the vast stillness, gives a unique experience of the elemental forces.

We will be placed right in the middle of it, and dance with it all.

The workshop is led by Ingrid Brudevoll (Norway) and Ambu Alessia Lencioni (Italy)

​Together they will take us on a magical journey through the 5 Rhythms and the 5 Elements.
