5Rhythms®: AWAKE with Jeffrey Boynton & Samantha Lane "We dance to hook up to the true genius lurking behind all the bullshit—to seek refuge in our originality and our power to reinvent ourselves; to shed the past, forget the future and fall into the moment feet first." The 5Rhythms is a moving meditation practice, an improvisational form of dance reaching across all languages and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness and awareness into action. It is a map of how energy moves. It brings our attention to the patterns, rhythms and cycles of life. In this class, we will drop into the body’s intelligence and investigate what rouses us to embody our fullest potential in each moment. Together, we will weave our authenticity into a container in which to explore, honor and celebrate the totality of our humanity.NOTES
This is an offering as part of the Temple of Consciousness lineup at the Lightning In A Bottle Festival 2015 at Lake San Antonio Recreation Area, Bradley, CA.
The location is a 3-4 hour drive from Los Angeles.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
