Putting what we love at the heart of our lives

Over 5 days at Midsummer, we will be touched by beautiful wild landscape, music, and shared dances, with time to track and open to feelings and how they move.

Dancing in the wholeness of ourselves, which can hold the broken pieces, we will move through each emotional field transforming old emotions into aliveness: facing fears, defining anger, allowing sadness, and making space for joy. Kindness, generosity and respect will be our foundation as we move towards compassion, preparing the way for love.

Wednesday: 12-6

Thursday: 1-7 and meal 7.30

Friday: 1-4 by the sea or in garden room, dance: 7-10

Saturday: 1-7 and meal 730

Sunday: 11-5

 £275 (a few concessions at £225)

early bird price (if booked with £85 by May 20): £235/185

The price includes 2 meals cooked for the group on Thursday and Saturday nights. We will bring lunch to share, which we can eat in the garden if the weather is good.

Alex will be assisted by Liz Collier, and on 2 days will have live music from Joseph Caswell.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
