A whole week to soften and open into a deeper place, giving the soul space to move. Taking the time of Equinox to move back into alignment as we expand into new dances and inhabit forgotten aspects of ourselves. In this well loved venue, we open to the language of goat bells on a sunny hillside, shadows of leaves dancing, good company and quiet ritual. A feast for the soul: dancing through Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms maps over and over again - following spontaneity and touching mystery. Allowing dreams to awaken and thrive in our moving bodies and beating hearts.NOTES
