The Groove Festival

With a day or weekend pass, you're free to join any of the meditations, yoga classes, and guest lectures. Enjoy the 13-acre property—make a picnic in the shade of the apple orchard, play some lawn games, sprawl out in the grass and just be. If you're up for a swim, there's a small beach in Sydenham, just 5km down the road. For a wilder adventure, Frontenac National Park offers great hiking and canoeing opportunities.

On Saturday evening, enjoy a special concert with Keith Borden and Soul Sangha. Bring your own food, or pick up snacks & sweet vegan treats from the onsite cafe. Eat, shake your booty, and be merry in the barn. If you're looking for a more meditative evening, mellow out in the hot tub, gather around the campfire, or find a quiet space to count the stars.
