Three teachers, three lands, ~ Qatar, Austria, and Georgia ~ One dance floor full of colors, textures, and tastes.

In FLAVORS we explore how every body carries its own taste, tone, color and rhythm.

Each teacher will bring their unique flavor of the 5Rhythms practice, opening a space where many qualities can rise. Together we will move through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness

This workshop invites you to welcome all the flavors that are present in your life right now ~ the familiar and the unexpected ~ let's dance them.
