5 Rhythms with live music propelling us into a new year. We will open to the wisdom of our feet, making tracks and following in anothers footsteps for a while. A moment of ritual, pause and beginning again to mark the turning of the year. Dancing brings mystery and imagination into form and connects deep dreaming with flesh and bone. Finding our inner compass and setting sail into the next year £40 including delicious lunch, a few concessionary places available - please askNOTES
We dance 11-5, with a lunch break when we can eat Meriel's delicious food around the fire circle. Limited numbers so please book with me with a £20 deposit - text or email for details to make a bank transfer xxx

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
