"Alle bodies are feminine" is a quote of Gabrielle Roth. How receptive I am for the fluidity, the curving, the grace, the presence, my senses, sensuality? How do I relate (man or woman) to my body? how do I mother myself in a nourishing way? How do I ground? how much attention do I have for my roots? my connection with the ones I love? planet Earth? Do I trust my feet, can I relax my belly and open my heart? How do I love/share/serve? We dance the art of be-in-g. Being at service, being grace, being love, being who we are. This workshop is for men and women.NOTES

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
