Join us on this journey to indulge your heart out! We will use our time together to practice making space for the heart area in our bodies; to connect from a heart space with ourselves, each other and with nature; and to receive good heart nourishment with amazing food and a variety of landscapes and activities.After ther successes in Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain as well as Zanzibar, Dina and Lina join forces again to host another incredible, transformative retreat in the stunning landscape of Montenegro, with eco-friendly luxury glamping, yoga classes, 5Rhythms movement sessions, meditation, locally grown food and so much more. -----
