Every aspect of life has a beginning, a middle, and an end - a flower comes to life, grows and blooms, fades away and dies; a poem starts with an inspiration, is written, and comes to its final punctuation. These stages are obvious in some things – our lives, relationships, jobs, holidays, meals – they all have their start, their center, and their finish. But these significant parts of every experience are not necessarily obvious in other parts of our lives. What about in our emotions – are we aware of when we first feel, how the feeling moves thru us, and when it has come to its end? In this workshop we’ll explore the process of meeting, moving, and completing our emotional encounters. We’ll dance with our patterns (for example, do we miss the beginning and dive head first into the middle? do we linger beyond the end?). And, we’ll investigate the possibilities of being present for every part of our emotional journeys, embodying what it feels like to be a fluid being. Come join us to move with every part of our hearts.
