Do you have the courage to let your Light in and shine?

In order to really let our light in and shine, we need to let go of the well known patterns and stories of who we think we are.

This can make us feel uncomfortable, and the fear of being uncomfortable keeps us trapped in our safe, predictable lives, where we often are bored and unsatisfied.

We become small, stiff and diminished in our expression.

In this 5Rhythms workshop we will explore and learn to be comfortable with the uncomfortable.

Our body and our heart wants us to move, to breath and to feel. To live fully.

Through the maps of the 5Rhythms we will let the light in and widen the cracks into the aspects of our personalities that live in the shadows.

We will dance, be creative, playful and tender with our shadows.

When we integrate our shadows we become alive and powerful beings.

Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms are a dancing meditation practice to bring body, heart and soul into alignment.

They are a metaphore and a catalyst for our inner landscapes and our soul journey.

The 5Rhythms are Flowing- Staccato- Chaos- Lyrical- Stillness, together they create a Wave of energy and movement.

You can participate Friday night only for 250 Dkr, if you are unable to stay for the entire workshop. You are welcome to register and pay beforehand or show up Friday and pay at the entrance.

Accommodation:

You can sleep at the venue for 150 kr pr night.

(Only Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday. There are some mattresses you can use. No bath, but you can shower at the habour 200m away. You have access to the kitchen and dining area)

There are nice hotels, pensions, hostels, camping and summerhouses for rent in the area.

There are restaurants and a Café in Sandvig

Nearest shopping is 3 km away in Allinge.
