As daylight lengthens so do our spirits. Join us as we invite the rhythm of Lyrical to remind us of how to put the spring back in our steps and the lightness into our being.

Whenever and however we move we are engaged in the medicine of moving through whatever is in us, around us, before us and behind us. We have the power to move mountains and we have the grace to move them effortlessly. In this workshop we will open up to the possibility that we can embrace a lighter side of life simply by being air in motion.

Come out to dance with the ever shifting nature of Lyrical - the wind-swept feet of Flowing, the passionate breath of Staccato, the gusty liberation of Chaos, the breezy brightness of pure Lyrical abandon, and the deep inspired union of Stillness - where the air around us joins the spirit within to move beyond mountains with grace.
