DESCRIPTION
We build a mecinewheel together, buidling the energy to have our prayers offered and to thank for all we recieve from every direction, every rhythm... in autumn september 24th we party our blessings and let go of what is no longer necessary, our ego-state and become wise. all wisdom is within us, within the circle, within stillness and all rhythms are in stillness. let's call our allies for heathy practices.
ritual: 13:30 till 17:30
It is possible to dance all day since in the morning (10:30-12:30) there is the monthly WAVE-session. (open wave is with subscription in advance)
no obligation to attend and it might deepen your afternoon ritualdance in the medicinewheel.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
