5Rhythms® Moving with Ease w/ Christina
There is a dance within each of us waiting to be unleashed. This dance can be gentle and soft, raw and powerful, light and easeful. Listening and following the body has the power of healing and gifts us with useful information for our lives outside of the dance. In this Sunday mini-workshop we explore what is waiting to be unleashed, body part by body part. We being with grounding in the body using the 5Rhythms® map followed by an unguided wave inviting you to explore in your way how the Rhythms live and manifest in your body. A Sunday dance allows us to move into our week with spaciousness and ease.
