This series will be mapping INTUITION through a 5Rhythms and Internal Family Systems lens.
Through 5Rhythms movement and parts work (IFS), we will chart our way through the vast territory of the body to direct our compass to our true creative spirit to receive the wisdoms of Gabrielle Roth's '5 realms of intuition'.

With feet on the ground, hearts in our hands, we embark on a journey to practice, to lean in, extend into our edges, into the folds and crevices, to unblend, befriend... to be Self led, our parts embodied, understood, appreciated.
We will dance, write, share, sculpt, connect.
