DESCRIPTION
Dancing to the rhythm of the seasonsThe courses of the "Rituals" cycle invite participants to tune into the rhythms of the seasons, reconnect with natural cycles and their own cyclical nature, ritualize the passages of the year, become aware and let themselves be accompanied by the energy of each season through their moving bodies.
They form an 8-day cycle to celebrate:
the 4 major Celtic festivals of the Wheel of the Year which mark the Solstices and Equinoxes: Yule, Ostara, Litha and Mabon
the 4 intermediate festivals: Imbolc, Beltane, Lighnemad and Samhain.
Each course can be taken separately.
