In diesen Kurzworkshops tauchen wir tief in die Bewegungspraxis der 5Rhythmen ein. Mit oder ohne 5Rhythmen-Erfahrung erforschst du, wie sich dein Körper ausdrückt, wenn du deinen Impulsen folgst. Im freien Tanz erfährst du die Qualitäten deiner Lebenskraft: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness. Was ist die Idee dahinter? Mehr Lebendigkeit, mehr Fokus, mehr Kreativität, mehr Leichtigkeit, mehr Präsenz. Auf dem Tanzboden und im Leben.

Wiebke Thiele ist zertifizierte 5Rhythmen-Lehrerin und leidenschaftliche Tänzerin. Als Körpertherapeutin und Heilpraktikerin bewegt und begleitet sie Menschen seit 25 Jahren.

The idea behind all this? More vitality, more focus, more creativity, more effortlessness, more presence. On the dancefloor and in your daily life.

Wiebke Thiele is certified 5rhythms teacher and a passionate dancer. She moves and coaches people for 25 years as a physiotherapist and healing practitioner.
